On Friday morning Aug. 18, 2017 Miss Raquale Elsbury departed this life in Newborn.  She was born Dec. 5, 1991 she is survived by four children, her mother, step father, two sisters, and a brother and also many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles and many friends.  Services will be held at the Oxford Historic Cemetery located at the corner of Collingsworth Road and Highway 81, in Oxford, at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017 anyone wishing to send flowers please send them to Oxford Historic Cemetery in care of Raquale Elsbury. Please try and have them delivered before noon on Saturday, Oct. 28.
