Patricia Ann Knight of Covington died Thursday, December 5, 2013. She was born on July 1, 1947, in Greenville, S.C., to Perry Burns and Martha Finley Carson. She was a member of Central Community Church.

Mrs. Knight is survived by her loving husband, Ricky Knight; daughters, Kimberly and Patrick Hall of Covington, Lisa and Mike Oaks of Loganville, Angela and Scotty Moss of Covington; son, Michael Dorsey of Newborn; father, Perry Burns of Greenville, S.C.; sisters, Diane Stallsworth of Covington, Elaine Shepard of Monroe; brother, Donnie Finley of Greenville, S.C.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Martha Finley Carson, and sister, Debbie Mask.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Dec. 8 in the Chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home, with the Rev. Darrell Allen officiating. Interment will be at New Covington Cemetery.

The family received friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Dec. 7.
