Nora Daniels, age 97 of Covington, passed away on Oct. 18, 2017.  A memorial mass will be held on Dec. 9 2017, at Saint Augustine Catholic Church in Covington.  Inurnment will follow in New Bedford, Massachusets at a later date.

A native of New Bedford, Massachusets., Mrs. Daniels was a retired seamstress. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Georgette Daniels of Covington and a daughter and son -in law, Judith and Manny Silvia of East Hartford, CT, eight grandchildren; Cheryl Porter  (David), David Daniels (Jennifer), Susan Lambros (Michael), Frank Daniels (Kim), Paul Daniels (Katie), Matt Daniels (Jacqueline), Michael Silvia, Janice Bane, 23 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank C. Daniels.
