Obituary    

    Mrs. Lillie "Betty" Smith  was born in Covington, Georgia on July 30, 1952. She entered Heaven's gates on July 26, 2013.

        Betty was a loving and caring wife and mother. She enjoyed preparing meals for her family as well as helping out whenever she was needed to ensure the family endured and flourished. She was also a sports fan and enjoyed attending and watching on TV football and baseball. She also enjoyed watching Cowboy Westerns and Old TV shows from the 70's and early 80's.

   She is survived by her husband, children and their spouses; Bruce Smith Sr., Oxford, Ga; Wanda and Leigh Allen, Ellenwood, Ga; Stephanie and Aloysius Robinson, Oxford, Ga; Bruce Jr. and Shakita Smith, Covington, Ga; and Step son Marcus and Tonya Dorsey, Commerce, Ga; 8 loving grandchildren; Kenya Smith and Leigh Allen IV; Shanethia, Aloysius Jr., and Chianti Robinson; Bruce III, Brenton and Braxton Smith; and 2 loving step grandchildren; Tijah and Jaylen Dorsey.
