Edna Turner Barmann, 84, of Covington passed away Tuesday April 1, 2014. She was born on April 23, 1929 in Douglasville to Cleveland and Annie Mae Turner. Mrs. Barmann is survived by her loving husband of 52 years Richard Barmann of Covington; daughter Susie (Jeffrey) Blalock of Cartersville; sons Floyd Pate of Covington and Richard (Sharon) Barmann of Covington; sisters Opal Turner, Celia (Jimmy) Turner, Ann (JM) Turner, Helen Turner and Minnie Lee Turner; brothers Herman (Jackie) Turner and Eugene Turner; 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents Cleveland and Annie Mae Turner; daughter Geneva Deloris Pate; granddaughter Kimberly Greer; brothers Cleve Turner, William Turner and Phillip Turner and sister Katherine Turner.

A memorial service will be held at Harvest Baptist Church on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Richard Culpepper officiating.
