Mrs. Clyde (Johnson) Rosser age 85, a longtime resident of Newton County died Sunday, September 20, 2009. Mrs. Rosser was born July 27, 1924 to the late Willie and Annie (Babb) Johnson in Bibb County. She was a member of Faith Tabernacle in Conyers. She was preceded in death by her loving husband: Fred LD Rosser; a daughter Kathy Grace Howard; a son Johnwayne Rosser. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law: Buster and Elaine Rosser; daughter: Peggy Reynolds; daughter and son-in-law: Linda and Gene Peacock, all of Covington; brother and sister-in-law: Marvin and Carrie Lou Johnson of Griffin; 17 Grandchildren; 30 Great Grandchildren; 7 Great-Great Grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and close friends. The family will receive friends at Faith Tabernacle on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 from 4PM until 8PM and again on Wednesday from 1:00PM until just prior to the service. Funeral services for Mrs. Rosser will be held at 2:00PM Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at Faith Tabernacle, 631 Ralph Road, Conyers, Georgia with Reverend Jerry Patterson officiating.
