Obituary

     Mr. Milton Zinnamon was born in Newton County on March 19, 1940, to the late Ms. Sadie Zinnamon and Mr. Sam Hamspike. He was preceded in death by one sister, Ocie Mae Kimbro.

    "Milton" was raised and educated in Newton County. He later served in the United States Army during the late fifties and early sixties. After leaving the Army, Milton met his loving companion, Ms. Mary Alice Pound, who preceded him in death, February 2008. During this period, he was employed with Dekalb County Parks and Recreations until he retired in the mid eighties, due to his health failure. After retiring Milton continued his hobbies of fishing, small engine mechanic and yard work.

    Milton departed this earthly life, on January 25, 2015.

    Milton leaves to cherish his memories, one sister, Mrs. Addie McNeil, two nieces, Ms. Mary Kimbro and Mr. &  Mrs. Wallace (Brenda) Gotel, three nephews, Mr. Harry Kimbro, Mr. Michael Kimbro and Mr. Tony McNeil and a host of great nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
