   On April 3, 1958, Mr. Horace Lee Price/ Bell (Duck Feet) was born in Newton County, Georgia to the late Mr. Owen C. Price and Mrs. Susie Bell.

    He received his education in the Newton County public School System, where he also received his diploma with the graduating class of 1977. Shortly after high school he met Katrina Livingston and four children were conceived in their union.

    He worked as a popular skilled brick mason for many years until his early fifty's. He later worked as a part time custodial worker alongside his brother David Bell.

    When Horace wasn't working he enjoyed watching Old Western Cowboy shows or enjoying the company of friends and family around some old school music.

    In 2014 he joined Murray Memorial C.M.E Church under the leadership of Pastor Bobby Hall.

    On March 2, 2016 Horace was called home to be with the lord. He is preceded in death by his mother, Susie Bell, father, Owen C. Price, daughter, Yahana Henderson, grandson Keoki Livingston, Jr., Brothers; Clarence Price, Walt Robinson, Leon Price, Henry Bell. Robert Bell, Tommy James (Ruby Lee) Price, sisters; Jerry Dean Price, Shelia Bell.

    He leaves to cherish life partner and companion, Ms. Katrina Livingston, children; Mr. & Mrs. Montez (Cherrelle) Livingston, Mr. Horace Livingston, Mr. Keoki Livingston, Sr., Twelve grandchildren, stepmother, Mrs. Mary Reese, mother-in-law, Mrs. Mildred Carter, sisters; Ms. Barbara Bell, Mr. & Mrs. Orell (Shirley) Smith, Rev.& Mrs. Randall (Katherine) Smith, Ms. Carolyn Price, Mr. & Mrs. Josh (Sherry Ann) Brown, brothers; Mr. David Bell, Mr. Al Robinson, Mr. Glenn Robinson, Mr. Tony Johnson, brother-in-law, Mr. Chris Livingston, sisters- in-law; Mr. & Mrs. Dewey  (Wanda) English, Mrs. Carolyn  Hightower Price, Ms. Pearl Heard, Ms. Lisa Turner, Ms. Lisa Livingston and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and his devoted Puppy; "Pinky".
