Coady

Mr. David Coady, age 61 of Porterdale, GA died March 17, 2011 at Rockdale Medical Center.  He was born April 4, 1949 to the late Johnny Huel and Frances Lorene Gunn Coady and was a lifelong resident of Newton County.  Mr. Coady was a long time employee of Beaver Manufacturing; he loved fishing, gardening and working on his trucks.     

Mr. Coady is survived by his Loving Wife of 37 years Mrs. Trudy Coady his Daughter and Son-in-law, Lori and George Brothers IV.  He is also survived by his Brothers and Sisters-in-law Sidney and Beatrice Coady, Jimmy and Claudette Coady and Oscar and Pam Coady all of Covington and his Sisters and Brother-in-laws; Sara King, Barbara and Tony Rowe of Porterdale and Becky and Kenneth Bradford of Covington along with many loving nieces and nephews.

Graveside services for Mr. Coady will be held at 3:30PM Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00PM until 3:00PM Sunday, March 20, 2011.  Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society in honor of Mr. Coady.  Harwell Funeral Home and Cremation Chapel, 2157 East Street SE, Covington, GA 30014 is in charge of arrangements.  www.harwellfuneralhome.com
