Lynn Elizabeth “Missy” Jones, 60, of Lithonia, passed away peacefully at her home, Wednesday, October 12, 2016. She was born in Frankfort, Kentucky to J. Sheril and Anne Buchanan Jones. Missy is preceded in death by her mother, Anne B. Jones in 2014. She was a loving daughter, sister and aunt. Missy will forever be an angel and greatly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her father, Rev. J Sheril Jones of Conyers; brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Susan Jones of Powder Springs; and Larry and Marilyn Jones of Valrico, Florida; sister, Cheryl Vitale of Conyers; along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Saturday, October 15, 2016, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Jones officiating. Interment will be at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Birmingham, Alabama Monday, October 17, 2016, at 1 p.m. The family received friends at the funeral home Saturday, October 15, 2016, from 2 p.m. until service time.
