Lowell Freeman, age 83, of Pontiac, died Sat. November. 29, 2014.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Sat. Jan. 10, 2015 at the Waterford Riverside Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Mr. Freeman was born in Caro on October 12, 1931 the son of Peter and Vera (Tobias) Freeman. He owned and operated Freeman Electric in Ortonville from 1960 to 2004. He was an Elder at the Waterford Riverside Seventh-Day Adventist Church, the deputy Director of the Waterford Pathfinders, a school board member of the Pontiac Junior Academy, and a pilot. Surviving are four children, Dean (Sandy) Freeman of Covington, Tim (Cyndee) Freeman of Davisburg, Jerry (Esther) Freeman of Grand Blanc, Laurie (Dan) Johnson of Berrien Springs; nine grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lawrence Duane Freeman of Flint and Kenneth Freeman of Coral Springs, Florida. He was preceded in death by his wife June; sister, Leatrice (Joy) Johnson, and brother Gene Freeman.
