Linda Diane Parker Pickens, 63 of Conyers, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2016 in Washington County. She was born in Atlanta to the late Homer and Geneva Farmer Parker. Linda was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She had a precious spirit, was fun-loving, loved flowers and lover her family. But most of all she loved the Lord. Linda was a member of Highland Park Baptist Church in Conyers. She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Stanley Pickens, both parents and her brother Buddy Parker.

Linda is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Tina Pickens; daughter, Shea Pickens-Dawkins; grandchildren, Austin Pickens and Ashlee Pickens; sister, Jeanette Mosley and sister-in-law Idyll Parker; along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 9, 2016, at 3 p.m. at Highland Park Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Bowers, Jim Wadell and Don Turner officiating. Interment followed at Philadelphia UMC Cemetery in Conyers.
