Juliette Margarette Ann Padgette Bowen, 89, of Jersey/Social Circle, died on April 25. She was born in Fitzgerald, Ga. on Dec. 12, 1922 to Mittie Goff Padgette and Luther C. Padgette. She was preceded in death by her husband Arvo Perry Bowen Sr.Surviving are: daughters and sons-in-law, Margarette and Ricky Cox of Jersey, Mittie and Jimmy Anglin of Bishop; son Arvo Bowen Jr. of Covington; sister Rosa Mae Mandon of Blairsville; brothers, Sammy Padgette of New Orleans, La., Delano Padgette of Fitzgerald, five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.Funeral services will be held today at the Chapel of Meadows Funeral Home with the Rev.
