Genell Harper passed away at her home in Oxford surrounded her family, October 31, 2011. She was 60 years old at the time of her death. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Robert Harper; parents, John Bailey and Mae (Finley) Tilson; and her mother-in-law, Susie J. Harper.
