Edna Knapp, of Newborn, passed away September 6, 2015, at the age of 88. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, playing bingo and her Atlanta Braves. However, her favorite thing was being at the ballfield watching her great-grandkids “play ball.” Edna was a very special lady who was loved by many. She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Knapp; and parents, Edwin and Stella Tamm.

Mrs. Knapp is survived by her daughter, Mary E. Harper of Conyers; sons and daughter-in-law, David and Kathy Knapp, Jon Alan Knapp, all of Newborn; grandchildren, Kristy and Steve Kelley of Monroe, Michael and June Knapp and Chad and Amy Knapp, both of Loganville, Kent and June Harper of Lake Wales, Florida, Brian Harper of Marietta, Tracey Harper of Lakeland, Florida; great-grandchildren, Keelie Knapp, Addison Knapp, Cody Kelley, Cole Kelley, Ashton Knapp.
