Donald M. Cronic Jr. of Covington, GA died Sunday,  December 25, 2011 at  his residence.  He was born on October 21, 1961 in Madison, GA to Donald M. and Annette G. Cronic Sr.

He was a loving husband,father, stepfather and grandfather. He was a member of Carpenter Union 225.  He enjoyed coaching little league sports for 15 years. He also was an avid Georgia football fan and enjoyed watching NASCAR.

Mr. Cronic is survived by his wife Kim Cronic; parents Donald and Annette Cronic Sr. of Covington GA; son Donald M. Cronic III of Covington GA; stepson Matthew Rodman of Covington GA; stepdaughter Hailey Rodman of Covington GA; daughters and sons in law Lisa and Chris Longdin of Covington GA, Leslie and Sonny Dotson of Covington GA; brothers Tim and Gail Cronic of Covington GA, Jeff and Nancy Cronic of Newborn GA; grandchildren Skylar Longdin and Zoey Dotson; several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 11:00 on December 28, 2011 at Chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home  with Pastor Len Strozier officiating.  Interment will be at New Covington Cemetery.
