Daryl Herbert Norman, 59, of Covington, passed away March 10. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Mr. Norman was a member of High Point Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing, hunting and baseball. He is loved and will be missed by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his son Christopher Daryl Norman and his parents Henry and Lillian (Hodges) Norman.

Survivors include his sisters and brothers-in-law Gail and Sammy Herring of Covington, Joanne and Phil Phillips of Rutledge; nieces Heather and Clint Adamson, Blaine Phillips and Jay Levan; nephews Gregory S. Herring, Scott and Shellie Herring, Greg and Christy Phillips, Brandon and Jessie Phillips; great-nieces and great-nephews; several aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 16, at the chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Road, with Scott Herring officiating.
