Dale Hodge, 50, of Covington, died April 21, 2009, at Embracing Hospice, in Snellville. Mr. Hodge owned and operated Diversified Hydraulics for 10 years. He was an avid UGA football fan, and enjoyed restoring older cars. He coached youth baseball and softball for his children for 13 years. Mr. Hodge was a loving and devoted husband and father. Survivors include his wife, Susan M. Hodge; daughters, Heather Marie Hodge, Melissa Ann Hodge, Sara Nicole Hodge; son, Clifford Stevan Hodge, all of Covington; sisters and brothers-in-law, Eva and Danny Mulkey, Joy and Bud Anderson, all of Loganville; brother and sister-in-law, Greg and Anna Hodge of Covington; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services for Mr. Hodge will be held Friday, April 24, 2009, 11 AM, at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Home, 1215 Access Rd., with Rev. Austin Aldridge officiating and interment following in Lawnwood Memorial Park.
