Mrs. Charlotte E. Crane, 67 of Covington passed away September 10, 2011 at Abbey Hospice in Social Circle. Mrs. Crane was born in Forsyth, GA to the late George and Daisy Gordon Myers. She drove a school bus in DeKalb County for 28 years and is a member of Harvest Baptist Church in Covington. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Bobby R. Crane of Covington; children: Tina Parker, Phillip R. Crane, Terri Stuarte and Jackie Cagle all of Covington; brothers: Ray Myers of Blairsville,  Sammy Myers of Covington; sister: Darlene Chapman of Covington; grandchildren: Corey Parker, Courtney McDonald, Russell Parker, Jesse Stuarte, Waylon Parker, Nevaeh Stegall and Glenn Cagle; great grandchildren: Austin Parker, Casey McDonald, Anthony McDonald, Hunter Parker, Peyton Parker and Breaden Parker.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 13, 2011 at 10:30 AM in  the chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Culpepper officiating. Interment will follow at Lawnwood Memorial Park. Mrs. Crane’s family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
