Mr. Charles Peters was born on July 8, 1949, to the late Mr. & Mrs. Tommie Lee (Ollie Mae) Peters.

He attended and received his education at Carver High in Monroe, Georgia. He married his High School love of his life in 1972.

Charles was employed at Universal Rental for many years. After leaving Universal Rental, he started doing Construction work until his health declined. He loved Drag Racing, sitting around with his buddies drinking his Colt 45 while listening to Al Green Old School and watching Western movies.

Charles transitioned to his earthly home on April 16, 2020. He is preceded in death by one daughter, Ms. Tawana Bradley and one daughter-in-law, Mrs. Shalter Rogers Jennings.

He leaves to mourn a loving, caring wife, Mrs. Mary Louise Peters; four children, Mr. Alexander Jennings, Ms. Jackie Bradley, Mr. Brian Kelly and Mr. Kenyon Kelly; one sister, Mr. & Mrs. William (Mary Pumpkin) Scott; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Hattie Kate Rooks and Ms. Geneva M. Jennings; eighteen grandchildren, Mr. & Mrs. Jerenate (Anastasia) Thomas, Kimberly Stanley, Shaneka & Shameka Stanley, Jamal Bradley, Keyon Kelly, Shakina Henderson, Jr., Kimberly Johnson and Alex DeCarson Jennings; ten great-grandchildren and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
