Bobby Joe Couch, 7, of Covington, died Nov. 7. the son of Joseph and Julie (Rye) Couch, he was born in 2001 in Cochise County, Arizona. Bobby loved playing football with his brother and going to school at Ficquett Elementary School. He was preceded in death by great-grandfather Bobby Crowe of Covington.

Surviving are parents Joseph and Julie Couch of Covington; brother james Couch of Covington; maternal grandparents Michelle and Tom Moorehead of McNeal, Ariz., Solomon and Eva Rye of Douglas, Ariz.; paternal grandparents Howell and Norma Couch of Covington, Ricky Jackson of Porterdale; great-grandparents Don and Rose Haynie of Douglas, Ariz., Sylvia Crowe of Covington, Leroy and Lilla Couch of Toccoa, Eula Jackson of Porterdale; great-great-grandmother Ollie Morrell of Covington; special aunt Jhie and John; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Wheeler Funeral Home from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 14, in the chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth Morrell and the Rev. Craig Hudgins officiating. Interment will follow in the New Covington Cemetery.
