She is survived by her husband, Mr. Brooks Clark of Covington; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Larry and Priscilla Hammonds of Covington; daughters, Natalie Boutelle of Covington and Brooklyn Clark of Covington; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 20. The funeral service for Mrs. Clark will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 21 in the Chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home with the Rev. Chris Allen officiating. Interment will follow at Highpoint Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in memory of Angel to The American Heart Association or to The American Cancer Society.
