Surviving are parents Lauren Hilliard and Stephen DeJesus of Covington; brother Emory DeJesus of Covington; maternal grandparents John and Katherine Hilliard of Covington; paternal grandparents Efrain (DJ) and Linda DeJesus of Hinesville; great-grandparents Christina Mosley of Midway, Venancio DeJesus of Orlando, Fla.
