Waterlogged: A head-on collision ended with four people in the hospital and one vehicle in a creek Friday afternoon. The accident between a pickup truck carrying one person and a van with three occupants took place on Oak Hill Road around 1 p.m. The van flipped over the guardrail and landed in a creek, partially submerged. All involved sustained non-life threatening injuries.
