Two men killed in Saturday evening wreck
Third man remains in critical condition

Two men were killed and a third remains in critical condition following a single car accident Saturday evening on Almon Road.


According to Newton Sheriff's Office Public Information Officer, Corporal Anthony Washington, 19-year-old Demario Horton was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Impala when he lost control of the vehicle, striking several trees before coming to a stop.


The back seat passenger, 19-year-old Montavious Sorrells was killed when he was ejected from the vehicle. The front passenger, 18-year-old Tony Lamar Horton, Jr., also died on the scene. Horton was transported to Grady Hospital where he remains as of press time.
