A Lithonia teen was arrested Saturday afternoon after neighbors reported seeing him having sex with dogs.

According to the Newton County Sheriff's Office, deputies were called to a home on Milton Drive after homeowner's from a neighboring street allegedly witnessed Bernard Eugene Archer engaged in sexual intercourse with two Pit Bulls that were kenneled.

Archer was arrested and charged with bestiality. He was booked into the Newton County Detention Center on those charges and remains there.
