Children experienced chocolate, candy and cheer at SCOOPS Tuesday as they attended “Chocolate Camp,” creating chocolate-covered sweets and goodies at the ice cream parlor.

Campers acted as chocolatiers from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., making chocolate-dipped ice cream cones, candy cupcakes, and a handful of other treats dipped in chocolate during the one-day event.

Chocolate Camp is for children ages 4 to 12 and will be held Tuesdays during June and July at SCOOPS on the square.
The cost is $40 per day and includes lunch at Amici Italian Café, also on the square.

The class size is limited to eight students, and anyone interested in signing up should visit SCOOPS to pre-register.
