ALPHARETTA - Police say 29 people are facing charges after police broke up a large party, cited several teenagers and took four adults into custody.

According to reports, 25 of the arrests were on charges of underage drinking.

Police say home owner Robert L. McCormick asked officers through a window what would happen if he didn't open the front door. Police responded they would force their way in, so he opened the door. Police say they found a keg in the garage and beer and liquor bottles.

Fulton County jail records show that McCormick and his wife, Susan, were both arrested on charges that included furnishing alcohol to minors.

McCormick's lawyer, Robert Rubin, said the couple did not provide alcohol to teenagers, and they will request that charges are dismissed.
