U.S. Congressman Jody Hice (R-GA) paid a visit to the Rotary Club of Covington during its April 25 meeting to update the club on activity from Washington D.C. Hice represents Georgia's 10th District, which includes part of Newton County along with Baldwin, Clarke, Morgan, Greene, Walton and Oconee Counties among others.
