Music from the medieval, renaissance and baroque periods will be performed on recorders in a concert by Willow Song Consort at 3 p.m. Sunday at Church of the Good Shepherd, 4140 Clark St.

Willow Song is a recorder ensemble from Decatur that grew out of informal playing sessions of recorder duets and trios, according to a release. They began performing in 2008, and added a keyboardist. They perform full concerts and at church services across Metro Atlanta.

Willow Song also performs classic and contemporary works.
