Officers with the Covington Police Department arrested Lisa Eileen Jackson Dec. 17 after authorities discovered a warrant for her arrest from Fulton County for fraud and several pieces of fraudulent identifications and checks were found in her vehicle. Jackson faces nine counts of second-degree forgery in Newton County.

 According to the incident report, the officer stopped Jackson for failing to signal when she pulled in front of him on Access Road in front of Ginn Motor Company and a run of her tag revealed she had no insurance.

 When the officer pulled her over, she could not show proof of insurance and a license check uncovered she had a failure to appear warrant from Fulton County for fraud.

 While searching her vehicle, the officer found three fake licenses — one from South Carolina and two from Connecticut. All three had identical photos of Jackson.

 The officer also found a checkbook in the car with six checks — four drawn on Greenpoint Bank in New York and two drawn on First Union National of Georgia. The check holder’s names matched the names on the licenses. Included in the check book was a piece of paper with two possible social security numbers and a birth date.

 Jackson was transported to the Newton County Sheriff’s Department where she was charged.
