The annual Gala benefiting Newton Medical Center will be held on April 27 at Twelve Oaks Bed and Breakfast on Monticello Street in Covington.

The theme of the Gala is "An Evening in the Mystic Garden" and will feature exquisite food, live band, dancing and a live auction of highly desirable items.

Proceeds will go towards continued quality services at Newton Medical Center.

"We expect more than 300 guests to attend the grandest party of the year," said Gala chair Beth Scarborough.

She said, "We are so appreciative of all the volunteers, donors and attendees who make this event so special."

"We especially thank Nicole Greer for opening up The Twelve Oaks B and B and grounds as our venue this year," said Martha Taylor, director of volunteer services at NMC. "The location is just fantastic and the guests will be blown away by the renovations."

Individual tickets are still available at $100/seat or as part of a sponsorship package, but you need to act quickly.
