CONYERS, Ga. (AP) — Authorities say a Georgia father is facing a reckless conduct charge after allowing his 9-year-old daughter to drive a car, which plowed through a house. WSB-TV reports (http://bit.ly/JZOLOC) that the accident happened Monday night in Rockdale County, east of Atlanta. Neighbor Frankie Juanita Brown said people could hear the collision all the way down the street. She said it sounded like thunder. Authorities say no one was seriously injured. Police are not releasing the father's name since that would identify the girl.
