Newly elected U.S. District 7 Representative Rob Woodall (R-Lawrenceville) will speak at the Newton County Republican Party's monthly meeting at 7 p.m. at the Covington Women's Club, located behind Amici's Italian Cafe on College Avenue.

Woodall will fill the Congress seat vacated by Rep. John Linder, for whom Woodall served as chief of staff.
