Man uses iPod to video women in store

MARIETTA - Authorities say a Cobb County man has been charged with using his iPod to videotape under women's skirts without their permission.

Marietta police arrested 23-year-old Stegall Jaquad Ponder of Marietta after they say he made videos at a Walmart store on Cobb Parkway.

Police said that he is accused of using his iPod camera to video women on four separate occasions.

Jail records show that Ponder has been charged with four counts of eavesdropping and with being a Peeping Tom. He was released from jail on a $10,000 bond.
