A man pulled a gun on a fellow employee at SKC after an argument in the Covington Plant early Friday morning.

Covington Police Department officers were called to 100 SKC Drive just before 1 a.m. in reference to a person shot. When arriving on scene, officers discovered no one was shot but a weapon was pulled.

According to reports, an argument occurred between two men in the break room concerning a cell phone. The suspect accused the victim of stealing his phone, according to the officer’s report.

The suspect, later identified as Ricardo Clark, left the break room momentarily. According to reports, Clark punched the victim in the face when he returned. The victim got up to retaliate when Clark pointed a gun at him.

The argument moved to the warehouse when Clark pointed the gun at the victim again.

The case is under investigation and Clark was not on scene when the police arrived. Charges have been filed against Clark.
