Kelsey's Law, which was inspired by the story of a brave Oxford girl, passed unanimously in the state House Wednesday.

The bill would make it illegal to identify a minor in an obscene depiction. Read more about the law here.

Representative Dave Belton, one of the bill's sponsors, told the News, "Kelsey Upton is a courageous girl. I'm glad she fought to protect other teenage girls from cyber bulling and am honored to be part of the process."
