A Covington woman was arrested after reportedly throwing a beer on her neighbor after the woman told her to leave.

Flossie James, 56, allegedly came to her neighbor's door intoxicated, something the neighbor said she does often, and when asked to leave, she threw a beer on the neighbor.

When officers from the Covington Police Department arrived to James' home, she "was swaying badly" and told officers that they would have to "call Willy B" in order to talk about the situation. She attempted to escape into her home, but officers followed. According to reports, James fought the officers and continued to tell them she had called "Willy B," and that he would explain to them what was going on.

James was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
