Around 200 people attended the second annual Covington News Health and Fitness Expo to learn more about local businesses, see demonstrations on workout routines and healthy cooking and receive free health tests, including body composition and blood pressure.

In addition to all of the vendors, several local businesses provided door prizes for the event, including LongHorn Steakhouse, Alcovy Fitness & Wellness, Amici Italian Cafe, Five O’Clock Somewhere, K & D Shoes, General Mills, Stripling’s General Store, Ramsey Produce, Food Depot, Visalus and Multi-Care Holistic Health.
