Georgia Perimeter College, which has a campus in Newton County, received good news recently. The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Board of Trustees voted June 19 to reaffirm Georgia Perimeter College’s (GPC) accreditation for 10 years. The board also voted to lift the financial warning it issued to the college in December 2012, acknowledging that Georgia Perimeter is now in compliance with all SACS financial standards.
