Students expressed their creativity on canvas, crafting robots with watercolors and other knick-knacks Monday at Arty Art Camp, hosted by the Southern Heartland Art Gallery.
Students participating work on two to three projects a day and learn lessons about watercolor resist, resin collage, texture, patina painting and acrylic painting.
During lunch, artists talk to the campers about art, galleries and how to turn art into a business.
