An attempt to pass a forged check for $916.42 on Friday led to four arrests, according to a Covington Police Department report.

Police arrested Vivian Fulton for first degree forgery, Delowquan Dennis for second degree forgery, Gabriel Jonathan Wilson for attempted first degree forgery and Jason McCullough on criminal attempt forgery first degree charges.
Police reported that Fulton allegedly tried to cash the check at a United Bank location in the Walmart on Industrial Boulevard about 7:45 p.m. Friday.

Wilson was apparently driving a vehicle in which police found another forged check made out for $1,083.20 to Dennis. McCullough also was apparently in the vehicle at one time, according to the report.
