The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for the Yellow River near Conyers below Milstead until Monday afternoon. At 9 a.m. Sunday the river was at 8.2 feet and rising. Flood stage for the river is 11.0 feet. Minor flooding is expected late this afternoon with the river beginning to fall sometime Monday morning.
