Placeholder Image

A woman called Newton County police on herself insisting that she had violated her probation by drinking alcohol.

When the responding deputy radioed her identification through dispatch, it showed that the woman was not on active probation. When the deputy informed her that she was not on probation, the woman became agitated and proclaimed even louder that she was indeed on probation and insisted that she needed to be taken to jail.

The woman was so adamant about going to jail that she began to approach the patrol car and open the door.

Finally, the deputy arrested the woman for public drunkenness.
