Covington man found dead in Atlanta water plant

The body of Larry Dwayne Bradley, a plant operator at an Atlanta water treatment plant, was found dead there last week.

Bradley, 38, lived in Oxford and had worked for the city of Covington until taking a promotion in Atlanta earlier this year. According to reports Bradley was taking water samples last Friday when he apparently fell into an aeration basin at the R.M. Clayton Water Treatment Plant.

After an overnight search, Bradley was located Saturday afternoon.

Bradley left behind his fiancée Christy Whitley and 12-year-old son, Nahiay Bradley. His funeral was held Wednesday.
