NEWTON COUNTY, Ga. - The entrance to the Juvenile Court has been moved due to construction in the Newton County Judicial Center.  All visitors to Juvenile Court are asked call 770-784-2060 for assistance and wait near the Magistrate Court.

During construction, everyone entering the Judicial Center, located at 1132 Usher Street NW, Covington, are asked to use the building’s South Entrance.

The expansion project will add 28,000 square feet to the Judicial Center and was funded by the 2011 Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax project. The project, which broke ground in January of 2017, is expected to be completed by the end of summer.
