According to Monty Hill, City of Porterdale Zoning Administrator, all proper documentation for the construction of a new Family Dollar was turned into the city Wednesday.
The free-standing Family Dollar is being developed by Twin Rivers Capital LLC Real Estate Investment & Development out of Charleston, S.C. and will be located just south of the Shell Station at the Crowell Road and Bypass Road intersection.
Twin Rivers' representatives are estimating the store will open in 60 to 90 days.
