OXFORD, Ga. - Oxford mayor Jerry Roseberry cuts the ribbon officially opening the city's George Street Trail Extension. 

The 0.2-mile section of trail connects the Oxford Trail with George Street Park adjacent to the Oxford College campus. The project, completed using $187,000 in SPLOST funds, gives the city 1.4 miles of paved trail running from Stone Street to West Watson Street.
