The Holiday season was made a little darker for some as Christmas decorations were stolen from two locations in Covington late Monday or early Tuesday.

Santa Claus, reindeer, including Rudolph and Santa’s sleigh were all at a business on Industrial Way, NE Monday night.

However, Tuesday morning, when the owner of the business arrived at 9 a.m. the Christmas decorations were missing, according to the Covington Police Department.

At a residential address on Turnberry Court, a gold reindeer and a star shower late were taken. According to reports the victim went to bed around 2:20 a.m. Tuesday and noticed the items were missing around 7 a.m. that same day.
