Apollo Staffing of Covington has begun a unique fundraiser online using Facebook: For every person who goes to their Facebook page and clicks the "like" button, they will donate $1 to Noah’s Ark of Locust Grove.

Noah’s Ark Animal Rehabilitation Center and Children’s Care Home is a non-profit group home for 24 children and more than 1,000 animals. The wildlife from the rehabilitation center and the children from the Children’s’ Care Home play a vital role for each other. The children participate in "pet therapy," nurturing the baby wildlife as the animals are rehabilitated in hopes of eventually being returned to their natural habitat.

Apollo Staffing has been using Facebook as a means to post quickly job offerings and stay in touch with potential candidates online. With one posting they can reach hundreds of potential applicants for a job. This fundraiser is unique in that anyone, anywhere, can click on Apollo Staffing’s Facebook page and help raise money for a great charity. The deadline is March 10.
